the concrete world eats our dreams
spits them out to bring them forth
in regulations
poor approximations
straight lines and functions
missing the magic of how they morph
unpindownable
never just what we’re certain of
nightmare’s too
all just part of the puddle in the pond of the lake in the ocean
we’re given
to look-listen into
a way forward
dream on dream
talk
all dream both on and off
thought
hold each other safe
first
stop making error real
refuse apparent conflict
respect dream’s link to openness
see what grasping closes
sad how we’ve come to know this
